• What is your cancellation policy?

​

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at 75% total fee due. ​

• What is your fee for service, and what kind of payment do you accept?

​

$150 for the first intake appointment, $125 for each additional 50 minute session.  Cash or check accepted.

• Do you offer reduced fees?

​

Reduced fee services are available on a limited case-by-case basis and are dependent on your income and ability to pay.

• Do you take insurance?

​

Rebecca is considered "in network" with BCBS insurance, and will file BCBS claims.  Rebecca is considered "out of network" with all other insurance plans, and will provide the necessary information for clients to file claims with those insurance companies.  By opting to use an out of network provider, you could have a higher deductible and the amount of reimbursement could be lower, depending on the plan you have with your insurance carrier.  It is your responsibility to know your insurance benefits prior to your initial appointment.  All insurance copayments and deductibles are due at the time of service.
